The opening of the next International Congress of Creators in Algeria will be carried out by the Minister of Culture of Algeria Mr. Azzedine Mihoubi, renowned Algerian Author. The meeting has an unprecedented record share of authors and societies from creators from all over the world.
With an important beginning, the participating Authors of the Congress, will have the words of welcome of Mr. Azzedine Mihoubi – Minister of Culture of Algeria since 2005 – who is also a renowned poet and novelist. It will be a special meeting where not only an Author opens the doors of his country to Authors from all over the world, but also gives recognition and value to the struggle of all authors in the defense of authors rights.
